No refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling are permitted once your booking is confirmed.
Ticket Validity:
Tickets are valid only for the date and time of the original booking.
Tickets cannot be transferred to a different date, event, or time.
Boarding Policy:
Guests must arrive at the designated hotel pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Late arrivals are not guaranteed boarding, and missed shuttles are considered a forfeiture of your ticket without a refund.
Only ticketed guests will be permitted to board the shuttle.
Return Service:
For round-trip tickets, return service departs approximately 30 minutes after the event ends from the designated shuttle pickup area at MetLife Stadium.
